• Learning sacred music is essential at True Cross Catholic School because it deepens students’ understanding of the faith and enriches their participation in worship. Sacred music is a form of prayer that helps students connect more fully to the liturgy, Scripture, and the traditions of the Church, fostering reverence and a sense of the sacred. Through sacred music, students learn to express their faith beautifully and collectively, strengthening both their spiritual formation and their appreciation for the Church’s rich musical heritage while uniting the school community in worship and praise.

• our school choir

  St. Hildegard Choir will regularly provide the music for the weekly school Mass on Wednesdays at 8:30am. Students in 3rd through 8th grade can join this choir. As a prerequisite to joining, singers must be able to match pitch. If they cannot at first, this is something we will work on during music class. Once singers are able to match pitch consistently, they will be welcome to join the St. Hildegard Choir. Singers must be enrolled at TCCS.
