Tuition Assistance 2021 – 2022

The Catholic School's Office has released the FACTS forms for the 2021-2022 school year. These forms must be submitted by February 19, 2021. This form is required to be considered for any type of financial aid. You can find a link to the form on our Home Page under Quick Links or www.choosecatholicschools.org.
