The faculty and staff at True Cross are excitedly preparing for Monday morning!
We wanted to pass along a few very important items that you will need to be aware of:
The Catholic Schools office and our Parish/Office are closely monitoring the weather activity in the Gulf. We will notify you immediately via email and IRIS alerts if the system develops into something that will affect our school's opening day plans. As of right now we plan to welcome our students at 7:45 a.m. on Monday morning as we remain vigilant and prayerful.
Please review the most up to date Health and Safety Protocols document and note new information regarding self checks prior to entering the campus facilities.
Click here for an instruction sheet outlining how to submit COVID-19 FAMILY/STUDENT DAILY SELF CHECKS that you will need to perform each morning prior to dropping your child off at school. It is important to note that we will not be screening children at school, but rather you will be able to access this very easy application through FACTS/RENWEB to submit your responses daily.
The required COVID-19 Acknowledgement letter must be on file in our office Monday Morning. We are not permitted to admit students into our facility without this signed letter on file in our office.
Don't forget to send your child to school with a lunch and water. We are not allowing lunch deliveries due to current restrictions. Our water fountains will not be functioning, again due to COVID - 19 restrictions. Please ensure you send enough water with your child both for lunch and for them to have throughout the day.
Lastly, as a reminder of our new traffic and drop off/pick up plans please review our traffic flow map. Pack your patience on these first few days as we all adapt and learn. Drive slowly, be alert, and cautious for the safety of all.
If you have any questions or concerns our faculty and staff are here to help. Please just ask.
May God bless you and keep you well,
Yolanda Agrella
Principal
